Effective Date: January 1, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at redlandsconcreteworks.com and any services provided by OneCall Redlands Concrete ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or request services.
By visiting the Site, submitting a contact form, or engaging OneCall Redlands Concrete to perform work, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. These Terms apply to all site visitors and customers.
OneCall Redlands Concrete provides residential and commercial concrete contracting services in and around Redlands, CA, including but not limited to driveway installation, patio construction, stamped concrete, sidewalks, garage floors, decorative concrete, retaining walls, pool decks, foundations, footings, and concrete cutting. The scope of any specific project is defined in a written estimate or contract provided to the customer prior to work beginning.
All estimates provided by OneCall Redlands Concrete are based on a site visit and the information available at the time of the estimate. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing.
Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes, if unforeseen site conditions are discovered during the project (such as buried debris, unstable soil, or hidden utilities), or if material costs increase significantly between the estimate date and the project start date. Any changes to the original scope will be communicated to the customer in writing before additional work proceeds.
A written estimate or contract does not constitute a guarantee of final cost unless it is explicitly stated as a fixed-price agreement.
Project start dates are scheduled based on crew availability, permit issuance, and material delivery. We will provide you with a confirmed start date in writing before work begins. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, permit delays, or circumstances outside our control.
If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. If materials have already been ordered or permits pulled on your behalf, you may be responsible for costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline a project at any time before work begins if site conditions, permitting issues, or other factors make the project not feasible as originally scoped.
Payment terms are specified in the written estimate or contract provided to you prior to work starting. In general, a deposit may be required to secure your project on our schedule, with the remaining balance due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment is due as specified in your contract. Accounts that are not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to late fees or referred to a collections process. We reserve the right to place a mechanic's lien on the property in accordance with California law if payment is not received.
We do not require payment in full before any work begins. Any contractor who demands full payment upfront before starting a project is a practice we do not follow.
Where required by local ordinance, OneCall Redlands Concrete will obtain the necessary building permits before work begins. Permit fees are typically included in the project estimate unless noted otherwise. The customer is responsible for informing us of any HOA rules, deed restrictions, or other private covenants that may affect the scope or design of the project. We are not responsible for violations of HOA rules when the customer did not disclose them prior to the project start.
OneCall Redlands Concrete warrants that work will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Any specific warranty terms - such as duration and covered defects - will be stated in your written contract. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by:
