Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of OneCall Redlands Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
OneCall Redlands Concrete provides professional concrete installation, repair, and related services to residential and commercial properties in Redlands, CA and surrounding areas. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Estimates and Quotes
All estimates and quotes provided are based on the information you give us and our initial assessment. Final pricing may vary if project conditions differ from what was initially presented. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with work.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work and final payment upon completion. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, especially if materials have already been ordered or work has begun.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work and materials. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Warranties typically cover defects in workmanship but do not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, or acts of nature.
Liability Limitations
OneCall Redlands Concrete carries appropriate insurance for our operations. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, underground utilities not properly marked, or damage caused by factors beyond our control.
Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure that pets and children are kept away from the work site for safety. We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property during our work, but we recommend removing valuable items from the work area.
Weather and Delays
Concrete work is weather-dependent. We may need to reschedule or delay work due to rain, extreme temperatures, or other conditions that could affect the quality of the finished product. We will communicate any necessary schedule changes as soon as possible.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
